6. Google Workspace Data
If you connect a Google account to Electra, Electra accesses Google user data only with your authorization and only for the agent workflows you enable. For Gmail, Electra may access email metadata, sender and recipient information, subject lines, message headers, message bodies, thread identifiers, labels and read state, and sent-message metadata so an authorized agent can read customer emails, send replies, and mark processed messages as read.
For Google Calendar, Electra may access calendar availability, event details, attendees, event links, and meeting times so an authorized agent can check availability and create or manage meeting events.
Electra uses Google user data only to provide and maintain the user-authorized email and scheduling features. Electra does not sell Google user data, does not use Google user data for advertising, and does not use Google Workspace API data to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine learning models. Electra may process Google user data through service providers only as needed to provide the requested functionality, maintain security, or comply with law.
You may revoke Electra's Google access from your Google Account permissions or disconnect the credential in Electra. You may request deletion of stored Google user data by contacting info@electraos.ai.
